Material: high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, the installation plate is galvanized plate, the door plate is 2.0mm, the installation plate is 2.5mm, and the cabinet body is 1.5mm.

Surface treatment: pickling and phosphating, external powder coating, color: RAL7035/RAL7032 texture or plain.

Standard configuration: front door (single or double opening), back panel, top panel, bottom panel, 1 mounting plate, sealing strip, door lock (flat lock), hinge.

Optional configuration: rainproof shed, side panel (removable), computer carriage, door limit, door support, lighting lamp, stringer, document bag.

Features:

    1. The concealed hinge will not protrude in the door frame and cabinet. Easy to install, easy to remove and replace the door panel.

    2. The door is about 25mm above the ground.

    3. The mounting plate can be pushed into the box from the front through the guide rail using a plastic slide.

    4. The 2.5mm thick mounting plate has C-shaped folds on both sides, making the mounting plate stronger and easier to carry.

    5. The cabinet is dip-coated with primer, and all corners and edges are evenly coated with a protective layer to achieve the best protective effect.

    6. The bottom of the box is equipped with three liners, which can be detached and replaced with each other, which is easy to import cables and process.

    7. The special rectangular frame can be fixed on the door of the box with screws, and there is a screw hole every 25mm on the frame to fix cables, etc.

    8. The grounding wire can be connected to the box and door panel.
