Q: What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
1. Tooling: 100% prepaid by wire transfer;
2. Parts: 30% upon order confirmation and balance should be paid before delivery;
3. Other payment terms can be discussed.
Q: How about the quality?
Our product starting from the preparation of raw materials, inspect the upstream suppliers, then the in-line inspection, and then the final inspection. There may be random sampling inspection in the middle to ensure the quality.
Q: How about your delivery time?
Shipping: for small order, it takes 3-7workingdays by express like TNT or DHL .....
For bulk order, normally we do EXW FOB CFR CIF DDU DDP, if you have your own agent, you can use your forwarder, if no we can quote you shipping with competitive price. Air Way : 7-10 WORKING DAYS
Sea Freight normally 20-30workingdays
Q: If i have custom made requirement, do you have person to design according to my concept?
Certainly. our design team will do for you.
Q: What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
